Product searching

             The easiest way to find the product you are looking for is to use the search box at the top right of the page. However, you should know the OEM (product name) of the product. ex. Q2612a,  CE320a, TK-540, LC900, 331-0717, S05016, T0381
             Another way to search for the desired product is your printer type.  This search is done in 3 simple steps, selecting the BRAND of the printer, the SERIES and the MODEL ex. 1. HP  2.PHOTOSMART  3.2575

              

How do I interpret the OEM code

            The OEM code is a unique series, consisting of numbers and letters, specific to each product. Ex. Q2612A. Some products contain, after OEM code, one of the letters C, M, Y or the BK combination. These are the colors of the product. C-Cyan, M-Magenta, Y-Yellow, BK-Black.

Delivery details

           Once you have sent your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Deliveries are made in up to 24h for most of our products. The cost of delivery by courier directly to your house door is Free for orders larger than 499 RON, and 20 RON for all others.


Returning products

          Product returning conditions are enforced in accordance with applicable law:

The consumer has the right to notify in writing to the trader that he renounces the purchase without penalty and without invoking a specific reason within 10 working days of receipt of the product or, in the case of the provision of services, from the conclusion of the contract. The returned product must be in the same condition as it was delivered without traces of use in its original sealed package with all its accessories, intact labels and all accompanying documents.
